Primarily responsible for delivering and managing C4 support to all Special Operations Forces (SOF) operating within the Pacific Theater including support to Operation Enduring Freedom’s Joint Special Operations Task Force - Philippines (JSOTF-P)
Managed a Joint (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines) team consisting of over 80 employees (primarily military personnel) based primarily in Hawaii and the Philippines; managed an annual operating budget in excess of $8M and a separate externally funded $8M Enterprise IT contract task order.
C4 team included a tactical communications detachment that provided contingency C4 support to the 4-star Pacific Theater Commanding General anywhere in the Pacific
Ensured delivery of SOF-unique C4 support to all Special Operations Teams collocated within several U.S. Embassies around the Pacific Theater
Primary author of a new Special Operations global IT delivery architecture; selected over all other Theater Special Operations Commands to lead the Pilot implementation in the Pacific Theater
Pioneered the first beyond line of sight (BLOS) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)/Full Motion Video (FMV) communications network capability outside of the Middle East providing timely processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) in support of SOF within the Pacific Theater
Served as the organization’s Designated Approving Official (DAA) responsible for the overall cyber security posture of all SOF networks and systems within the Pacific Theater
